Emily Rome is a member of Maslon's Litigation Group. She has successfully represented businesses in a variety of complex commercial disputes, including tort and fraud actions, breach of contract claims, product liability claims, and intellectual property claims. Emily has represented businesses, both large and small, in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, mediations and arbitrations. Emily has significant experience dealing with various kinds of disputes involving intellectual property, including trade secrets, copyrights, non-compete issues, and patents. Emily is a 1999 graduate from the University of Minnesota Law School where she graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware in 1996 with a B.S. in business.
