Marvin Borman, a founding partner, remains active in Maslon's Estate Planning Group, counseling and advising clients with respect to estate planning, probate and trust administration, trusts, and corporate matters relating to these subjects. He has represented clients in almost all of the firm's areas of practice. As a founder of the firm, Marvin possesses extensive historical information critical to many matters handled by the firm and is frequently called upon to provide knowledge and background information with respect to matters currently being addressed by the firm.
