Virginia A. Bell is chair of Maslon's Real Estate Litigation Group. Ginny has over 25 years of experience litigating business and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. She has particular skill litigating real estate disputes and, as a result, she regularly represents businesses and property owners in condemnation matters, taking claims, real estate tax appeals, commercial leasing, development, real estate financing, title, zoning and land use disputes. She also represents lenders in foreclosures, receiverships, lien actions and in defending lender liability disputes.
