Wayne Moskowitz is a partner in Maslon's Litigation Group.  His practice consists primarily of complex business litigation, and he is a member of Maslon's Appellate Team and Competitive Practices Team. A significant portion of his practice involves representing employers and employees in covenant not-to-compete and trade secret litigation. Wayne has significant experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in business tort and commercial contract disputes.

  • Represented plaintiffs and defendants in wide variety of industries, including financial services, medical, gaming, and life sciences, in numerous contract and business tort disputes, at trial court and on appeal.
