Herr, Eric J. Magnuson, Mary R. Vasaly, Editors, Minnesota Continuing Legal Education (2001; 2d ed. 2003). David serves as Minnesota's Representative to the Eighth Circuit Bar Association. We regularly present seminars devoted to Eighth Circuit practice. A number of our lawyers were honored to serve as law clerks to the court and continue to keep up on the court's practices and decisions.
