Appeals to Other Courts
Overview
Maslon attorneys have represented clients in appeals to many appellate courts around the country, including various state, federal circuit, and military courts of appeal. In addition to appearing in those courts, we have extensive contacts with appellate lawyers who regularly practice in those courts. Mary Vasaly is the current chair of the ABA's Council of Appellate Lawyers, the only national bench-bar organization of appellate lawyers.
