  • Represented equipment finance company in replevin action concerning aircraft.
  • Represented secured lender in successful workout of multi-million dollar loan default.
  • Represented lessor in bankruptcy proceedings to pursue claim for post-petition administrative rent.
  • Represented asset-based lending company in debtor-in-possession financing transaction.
  • Successfully defended secured lender in lawsuits brought by trade creditors following voluntary repossession and liquidation of loan collateral.
  • Represented Indenture Trustee in objecting to disclosure statement and Chapter 11 plan and negotiation of plan confirmation order.
  • Negotiated favorable settlements of preference lawsuits against trade creditors and equipment lessors.
  • Represented secured lender in obtaining ex parte replevin order against a debtor who had been secreting assets.
  • Represented financial institution in defending appeal of bankruptcy court order dismissing single-asset real estate debtor's Chapter 11 case to permit mortgage foreclosure.
