Catherine Ahlin-Halverson practices in the firm's Litigation and Labor and Employment Departments. She has more than five years experience in complex and class action litigation, and has successfully represented clients in multiple state and federal jurisdictions, including courts in Minnesota, California, Tennessee, and Illinois. She has represented employers in federal and state courts in cases involving claims of gender, age, race, religion and disability discrimination; breach of contract; and wage and hour violations. Catherine is a 2000 graduate of Columbia Law School where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She graduated cum laude from Smith College in 1996 with a B.A. in music. Catherine currently represents businesses in complex commercial and employment disputes in federal and state courts, and in mediations and arbitrations.
