Represented a publicly traded restaurant company in negotiating approximately thirty leases for restaurant sites (with leasehold improvement costs ranging between $5,000,000 and $15,000,000 each) at premier tourist destinations throughout the United States.
Represented a publicly traded company in all aspects of developing and financing casinos and related hotels and entertainment facilities with a value in excess of $1,000,000,000.
Represented a United States agency in all aspects of developing a facility costing in excess of $120,000,000 including land assemblage, development negotiations with a major Midwestern city, dealing with historic preservation issues and negotiating construction contracts.
Represented an international real estate concern in negotiating the terms of a Development Agreement which provided tax increment assistance of approximately $10,000,000 which was needed to develop a mixed retail/class A office project in the central business district of a major Midwestern city.
