Julian is a litigation associate with experience litigating and resolving disputes involving closely-held corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, breach of contract cases, business torts, class actions, and other complex commercial litigation. He has represented both individuals and businesses in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration proceedings, and has had first chair trial experience. Julian is a 2003 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a staff member, as well as a Managing Editor, of the Minnesota Law Review.
