Kesha Tanabe is a member of the Financial Services Group and has focused her practice on indenture trustee representation in Chapter 11 proceedings and distressed debt investment. She also works with banks, asset-based lenders and other financial institutions in general commercial lending and real estate financing. Prior to joining Maslon, Kesha was selected by former New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer to serve in the Honors Program as Assistant Attorney General in the Division of Public Advocacy.
