Kirk Kolbo has a general litigation practice, with a focus in construction law and disputes, insurance coverage, class action litigation, and products liability.  Kirk represents clients in state and local courts in Minnesota and elsewhere.  In addition to trying and arbitrating cases, he has argued appeals in the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and two cases in the United States Supreme Court.
