Mark is a partner in Maslon's Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in a wide range of product liability and mass tort litigation. Mark's litigated cases include airplane crashes, natural gas explosions, asbestos injuries, steam distribution systems, cardiac pacing leads, and many other products or accidents. Several of Mark's cases have involved accidents investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board. Included in Mark's litigation practice are environmental matters and Federal False Claims Act matters. Mark also represents insureds in disputes with their insurance companies. Mark has represented Fortune 100 companies to small family-owned businesses in disputes over insurance coverage for property damage, general liability and a variety of defense and indemnity issues.
