Marty Fallon is a partner in Maslon's Litigation Practice Group. He has experience in the areas of commercial litigation, contract disputes, construction litigation, trade secret, and real estate litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts and in arbitration hearings. Prior to joining Maslon, Marty was a law clerk for the Honorable David S. Doty, U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota, and worked as an associate in litigation for four years with another major Minneapolis law firm. He is a 2000 summa cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, has a master's degree in European History from the University of Minnesota, and earned his bachelor's degree, cum laude, in government from Saint John's University, Collegeville, Minnesota.
