Naomi Olsen is a member of Maslon's Business and Securities Team and focuses her practice primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and securities.  Naomi earned her J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in Iowa City, Iowa, and earned her bachelors of science degree in Accounting from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.

Prior to joining Maslon, Naomi worked as an accountant for Hormel Foods Corporation and Parson Group Consulting and then as an attorney in the Mergers & Acquisition department at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and in the Structured Finance and Derivatives department at Linklaters LLP, both located in New York.
