Associate - Financial Services
Maslon is looking to expand its corporate trust and bankruptcy practice. We focus on representing indenture trustees and investors with respect to defaulted issuances of corporate notes, municipal bonds, and structured finance transactions. We are looking for a lateral associate with 1-3 years of bankruptcy and Uniform Commercial Code experience to join our sophisticated national practice in this area. Restructuring or corporate trust experience preferred. Superior academic performance and excellent communication skills are a prerequisite.
