  • February 2003: Jolivette v. G&K Services, Inc., Obtained summary judgment and complete dismissal of race discrimination and retaliation claims brought by former employee against international textile leasing company in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

  • February 2003: Tchida v. Unilever Besfoods North America. Obtained dismissal of age discrimination and contract claims brought by former employee against national food and consumer products manufacturer in U.S. District Court in Minnesota.

  • December 2002: Defended international textile leasing company in same-sex sexual harassment lawsuit in federal court in St. Louis, Missouri. Settled matter on extremely favorable terms during pendency of summary judgment motion.

  • Spring 2002: Parker Hughes Institute v. Ortho Biotech, Inc. et al., Represented international pharmaceutical company in non-competition and trade secret litigation against local medical research organization.

  • January 2002: Ritchie v. Osmonics, Inc. Obtained summary judgment and complete dismissal of state and federal employment claims brought by former employee in U.S. District Court in Arizona.

  • November 2001: Tremblay v. Liberty Enterprises, Inc., 7 Wage & Hour Cas.2d (BNA) 818 (D. Minn. 2001) Obtained summary judgment and complete dismissal of disability discrimination claim by former employee in federal court in Minnesota.

  • July 1999: Gioi Tran v. Medtronic, Inc. et al., Civil File No. C2-98-5411 (Anoka County District Court, State of Minnesota). Obtained summary judgment and complete dismissal of all claims by former employee, including national origin and reprisal discrimination.
