• Represented a national bank in the acquisition of numerous sites for bank development, including redevelopment sites needing environmental cleanup.
  
  
• Represented the purchaser of a major downtown Minneapolis office building.
  
  
• Represented a national commercial uniform supplier in managing its real estate portfolio, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of various real properties.
  
  
• Worked with a developer to acquire and develop the former Sears Tower in Minneapolis, Minnesota, addressing predevelopment leasing, title, and environmental issues negotiated with the City of Minneapolis.
  
  
• Represent a client in the acquisition, financing and leasing of major industrial centers throughout the western suburbs of the Twin Cities.
  
  
• Serve as a real estate adviser to a multi-national corporation. Represent the client in real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing and environmental matters.
