- Represented a local developer in the development and sale of a major locally-based technology campus, including TIF documentation.
- Represented an international developer/owner of first class office projects for nearly a decade in all of its lease work for approximately 3 million square feet of first class office space.
- Represented an international real estate concern in negotiating the terms of a development agreement that provided tax increment assistance of approximately $10 million, for a mixed retail/class "A" office project in the central business district of a major Midwestern city.
- Represented various developer, property management and institutional clients in the development and preparation of an integrated set of lease forms for use in retail centers and mixed-use properties.
- Represented property owners in the drafting and negotiation of leases and licenses with telecommunications operators, including tower site leases, rooftop antenna agreements and building access licenses.
- Represented a national commercial uniform supplier in managing its real estate portfolio, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of various real properties.
- Worked with a developer to acquire and develop the former Sears Tower in Minneapolis, Minnesota, addressing predevelopment leasing, title, and environmental issues negotiated with the City of Minneapolis.
- Represent a client in the acquisition, financing and leasing of major industrial centers throughout the western suburbs of the Twin Cities.
- Serve as a real estate adviser to a multi-national corporation. Represent the client in real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing and environmental matters.
