Design, Engineering and Construction Agreements
- Represented individual, industry and institutional owners in the drafting and negotiation of complex construction-related agreements between the owner and architects, engineers and contractors, using various formats from AIA based documents through custom drafted agreements, in a variety of deal structures, including design/build agreements.
