• Represented developers of upscale residential condominiums in the formation and management of a project in St. Paul, Minnesota.
  
  
• Represented a developer of an office condominium in the formation of the condominium in a southern Minnesota community.
  
  
• Worked with developers to obtain city, county and state approvals for development of a large residential project constructed over a former landfill, including negotiations with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for environmental protections.
