Easements and Covenants

• Represented the owner of a large tech center in drafting various easements and license agreements in connection with development of the project.
  
  
• Represented the property owners who sold a property subject to use restrictions, where breach of restrictions gave rise to the right of reversion.
  
  
• Represented property owners in the drafting and negotiation of leases and licenses with telecommunications operators, including tower site leases, rooftop antenna agreements and building access licenses.
