  • Represented a national leader in direct response radio advertising, serving as acting general counsel in: (i) numerous advertising and lead generation agreements that have generated millions of dollars in revenue; (ii) music and content licensing for highlight series of radio broadcasts carried over, among other, ABC Radio and Citadel Broadcasting; and (iii) numerous general corporate matters.
  • Represented the funk/soul band The Commodores in connection with: (i) merchandising and trademark licensing agreements; (ii) a reality style entertainment concept where winners are awarded the opportunity to tour and perform as a musician in the banc; and (iii) touring and live performance transactions.
  • Represented artists in the creation, protection and exploitation of creative properties for the film, television, interactive, music, and publishing industries, including computer gaming software, books, magazines, artwork, music, motion pictures, websites and comic books.
  • Represented BroadSign International in providing software solutions for operating digital signage networks and captive audience networks.
  • Represented clients in agreements with the American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) and the Society of European Stage Authors and Composers (SESAC) for the performance of music.
