• Representation of a leading provider of nanoparticle conductive inks and transparent conductive coatings for flat panel displays, solar cells, and other electronics applications in manufacturing, licensing and supply agreements and joint research and development agreements with: (i) flat-panel manufacturers centered in Asia; (ii) global technology and communications companies to fabricate low-cost, high-volume radio frequency identification (RFID) solutions; and (iii) domesticate and international research partners.

• Representation of a leading provider of coatings for glass to reduce reflectivity, create colors and provide energy efficiency, in acquisition of domestic and international patent rights.

• Representation of a major computer software technology provider in building and managing strategic relationships with technology partners (both vertical and horizontal), including platform partners, ecosystem/tools technology partners, and ISVs.

• Representation of numerous clients in dealings with major technology partners, such as Accenture, Best Buy, IBM and Microsoft, including source code licensing, development of joint intellectual property rights and technology consulting agreements.

• Representation of a leading provider of precision GPS technologies for agricultural, marine and navigation systems.

• Negotiation of enterprise license and hosting services agreements on behalf of a domestic and international home shopping network with call centers and order fulfillment centers in the United States and a number of foreign countries.

• Negotiation of software development, license and distribution agreements for a leading provider of automated parking systems, consisting of hardware, software, configuration and maintenance services.

• Representation of a leading provider of identity security products in complex software transactions.

• Negotiation of complex software and consulting services agreements for a leading provider of satellite television display and on-demand delivery systems, including the development and implementation of agreements for the company’s foreign affiliates in its digital sign advertising and display business.

• Representation of MagStar Technologies, Inc., a publicly owned company headquartered in Minnesota. specializing in industrial oil centrifuge technology, in: (i) 3D mechanical design software licensing; and (ii)  joint development and commercialization agreement with Donaldson Company, Inc., a worldwide provider of filtration systems.

• Representation of Faribault Mills, Inc. in an exclusive, worldwide license for the design and manufacture of interactive temperature regulating fabrics for bedding, footwear, apparel and sportswear, through the application microencapsulated phase change materials.

• Representation of SafeLites, the manufacturer of GlowSkin™ Active Illumination Technology, in development and licensing associated with lighting technology for applications ranging from advertising and promotion, public safety, entertainment, transportation and industrial, to outdoor apparel and recreation.
