Ground Leases
Overview
Maslon has represented both landlord and tenant clients in a variety of ground lease transactions. This experience includes an array of ground lease structures, including build-to-suit, raw land leasing and sale/leaseback transactions. Maslon's ground leasing experience covers a broad range of use types and settings, including everything from agricultural land through complex mixed-use developments on urban parcels.
