Overview
We negotiate and draft complex construction project agreements that are as varied and unique as the project delivery system chosen to accomplish the project: fixed price, cost plus, Design-Build, Construction Management, Program Management and EPC Contracts. We can also create the corporate entity that owns or builds the project, including corporations, joint ventures, and limited liability companies. We construct the clients' administration procedures, and assist in training their project members in implementing the process.
