Overview
We often become involved with a troubled project before substantial completion, when the client foresees problems with final payment, project close-out, pricing Constructive Change Directives or other unresolved issues. We work with the project staff to determine how to administer a troubled project, how to interpret the controlling Contract Documents, including notice, claims presentation and dispute resolution. We routinely work with our clients to present a solution to a construction or payment problem that will not result in litigation.
