Overview
All of the Construction Group members have extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution procedures. We have arbitrated and mediated hundreds of disputes to conclusion. In addition, our members have served as arbitrators and mediators of construction disputes for as long as the Group has existed. Our lawyers have participated in the AAA certification process for construction arbitrators and mediators, and are recognized by the practicing construction bar as dedicated professionals who are well versed in the procedures and practices of construction related dispute resolution.
