Our Business & Securities Group lawyers represent employers, executives and other employees in negotiating and drafting employment agreements, incentive agreements, non-competition agreements, severance agreements and other termination agreements. These agreements may be individual arrangements or integral to a business acquisition, joint venture or new business formation. Complex incentive or deferred compensation arrangements may be part of these agreements, and benefit from the extensive experience of our team members.
