These agreements may be individual arrangements or integral to a business acquisition, joint venture or new business formation. Complex incentive or deferred compensation arrangements may be part of these agreements, and benefit from the extensive experience of our team members.

In many cases, these agreements must be crafted to maximize tax advantages to the employer and/or employee.
