Overview
While one of the primary goals of our estate planning practice is avoiding testamentary problems for our clients and their families, we deal effectively with problems when they do arise.
We represent the personal representatives and trustees in connection with the initiation, administration and supervision of trust, estate and other related proceedings. This involves assembling and managing assets; establishing and maintaining accounting systems; tax planning; preparing necessary tax returns; and representing clients before state and federal courts, the Internal Revenue Service, the Minnesota Department of Revenue and other state and federal administrative bodies.
