Paul Chestovich to Present an SEC Update Program for Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants
Paul Chestovich, Maslon partner and co-chair of the Business & Securities Group, will present "SEC Update," a half-day continuing professional education program for the Minnesota Society of CPAs on April 24, 2013. The program is geared towards CPAs, accountants, and advisors of public companies, and Paul will focus his presentation on recently passed SEC rules, SEC whistleblower litigation, recent securities law trends, and common areas of confusion.
Paul Chestovich represents large national businesses and small closely held businesses in a variety of commercial transactional work, including general corporate, contracts, business advising, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, securities regulation, securities offerings, and financing transactions.
