PRESENTERS

Tom Sipkins is a senior trial lawyer with 33 years experience in employment and commercial litigation. He has been named a Super Lawyer since 1996 by Law and Politics, and a Labor and Employment Top 40 Lawyer since 2002. He focuses on
the defense of discrimination, wrongful termination, defamation, whistleblower and
qui tam/government contracts fraud cases on behalf of management.

Catherine Ahlin-Halverson practices in the areas of litigation and labor and employment, representing companies in a wide range of commercial disputes. She has represented employers in federal and state court in cases alleging breach of contract and race, gender, pregnancy, age, and disability discrimination. Catherine has appeared before the California Labor Commissioner, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
