John Provo and Terri Krivosha to Serve on Panel for Upcoming Center for Family Enterprise Seminar on Transitions in Family BusinessJohn Provo, partner and head of Maslon's Intellectual Property and Technology Services Group, and Terri Krivosha, partner in Maslon's Business and Securities Group and former chair of firm, will serve as part of a panel for the upcoming Center for Family Enterprise Seminar titled "Avoiding Terrible Transitions in Family Business." The event is scheduled on May 21, at the University of St. Thomas Law School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The seminar will share guidelines for family businesses to approach transitions. An Alignment Model will be presented as a way to think about transitions, which takes into consideration various stakeholders, and an approach to fully accessing family resources will be discussed. John, Terri and their fellow panelists will present situations that can negatively impact business, family members, key non-family member managers, and other stakeholders in the business.
