David Herr to Host Upcoming Installment of Appellate Law Webcast Series for Minnesota CLE
David Herr, head of Maslon's Appellate Practice Team and a complex case litigator in Maslon's Litigation Practice Group, will be moderating an upcoming webcast as part of an ongoing series of Minnesota CLE webcasts on Minnesota appellate practice and procedure. The webcast is scheduled to take place at 12 noon on Friday, February 12, 2010. The webcast will be devoted to criminal appeals, and David's guests will be three experienced criminal appellate lawyers in the Minnesota State Public Defender's Office: Ben Butler, Theodora Gaitas, and Roy Spurbeck.
