David Herr to Speak at The Fourth Annual Appellate Practice Institute
David Herr, leader of Maslon's Appellate Practice Group, will serve as a presenter at the Fourth Annual Appellate Practice Institute scheduled on March 26, 2010. David is the Reporter for the Minnesota Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure and will present a session titled "Latest Revisions to the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure."
The Appellate Practice Institute is the largest gathering of Minnesota's appellate practitioners and judges outside the courtroom. David joins a respected group of presenters for the event, including Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Kermit E. Bye, U. S. District Court Judge Joan N. Ericksen, Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Eric J. Magnuson, Minnesota Court of Appeals Chief Judge Edward Toussaint, Jr. and other distinguished jurists.
