Terri Krivosha to Present on Financial Projections at Equity Matters Seminar
Terri Krivosha, Chair of Maslon's Business and Securities Practice Group and former head of the firm, will present a mini-workshop on April 27, 2010, in Austin, Texas, on "The Zen of Financial Projections" as a part of the seminar series called "Equity Matters: The Route to NASDAQ." The seminar series, sponsored by Springboard Enterprises, ACTiVATE Texas and Path Forward International, is designed to provide women entrepreneurs with an insider's view on raising capital.
Krivosha's mini-workshop will provide attendees with an opportunity to understand what projections are, why they are needed, how investors use them, and how to develop the assumptions on which projections are based.
