Joel Sommers to Present at Minnesota CLE's Foundations of Practice Seminar
Joel Sommers, a member of Maslon's Estate Planning Group, will present at the March 11, 2010, Foundations of Practice seminar sponsored by Minnesota CLE. Sommers' topic is titled "Drafting the Basic Will" and will include information on common and essential clauses for wills. This seminar is part of a series of six programs offered for the benefit of new lawyers. The Foundations of Practice series is designed to provide foundational "how to" knowledge to new admittees.
Joel practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration. He works with individuals and families to plan the disposition of their assets, both during lifetime and at death, to accomplish the optimal estate, gift and income tax planning through wills, trusts and other instruments.
