David Herr, Susan Link, and Cindy Costello to Present During Minnesota CLE Probate & Estate Webcast Series
Attorneys David Herr and Susan Link, and paralegal Cindy Costello will each present as part of Minnesota CLE's Probate & Estate Webcast Series.
David Herr will serve as moderator for the "Appeals in a Probate and Estate Practice" webcast taking place on February 10, 2012. The panel will discuss the particular issues raised by appeals from trusts, estates, and probate cases.
Susan Link, editor of the Minnesota Estate Administration Deskbook, will join Cindy Costello and two other authors of the Deskbook to present a "Minnesota Estate Administration Deskbook Update" webcast on February 21, 2012. The group will provide insights and explanations about new developments in estate administration practice-all contained in the newly revised and updated Minnesota Estate Administration Deskbook.
David Herr is a member of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and is a highly regarded appellate lawyer and complex case litigator. He is frequently sought out to provide practical and sophisticated advice on how to resolve difficult, multi-party disputes in trial courts and arbitral forums and regularly argues cases in the Minnesota appellate courts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Susan Link is head of Maslon's Estate Planning Group and works with families to plan the disposition of their assets, both during lifetime and at death, and to accomplish the optimal estate and gift tax planning for the clients through wills, trusts, and other instruments.
