The Financial Services Team advises state and national banks, finance companies, mortgage lenders and other lenders and loan brokers on state and federal regulatory issues relating to financial institutions. Maslon lawyers have assisted clients in forming new national banking associations, state banks, consumer finance companies, and mortgage originators, amending bank charter provisions and merging national and state banks.
