My first year at Maslon has been full of challenging opportunities, interesting work and new experiences. After summering at Maslon in 2003, I had high expectations for my first year as an associate. Maslon has more than exceeded my expectations. I have done everything from writing briefs to arguing motions in court. I have worked on large, complex cases with a team of lawyers and on smaller cases where I have been involved in every aspect of the case. Along the way, I have had both formal and informal training, which has been invaluable to my growth as a new lawyer.

My success during my first year at Maslon has been greatly enhanced by the supportive working environment at Maslon. The lawyers at Maslon are well-rounded, intelligent people who care about what they do and who care about each other. That, in and of itself, makes coming to work everyday a pleasure.
