We represent our clients in a wide range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial loans, asset-based financings, construction contracts, government contract counseling, project development, real estate transactions, and establishing distributorship in the United States and abroad. We have a broad securities practice, which includes representation of issuers and selling shareholders in the public markets.

This broad range of commercial transactions provides our associates with many opportunities to master the learning curve quickly. Our Estate Planning Team works with high net-worth individuals in structuring and administering trusts and estate plans. Some of the trusts and estates we implement and administer are valued in excess of $100 million.
