The Maslon Insurance Practice Group provides representation and assistance on a broad range of claims handling and coverage matters to self-insured entities and policyholders with significant self-retentions and deductibles.
In conjunction with our litigation team members, the Maslon Insurance Practice Group provides a range of experience for self-insureds or entities with large retentions to provide defense, liability and claims handling services to obtain protection under reinsurance and excess insurance programs.
