Alain Baudry Named Head of Maslon's Litigation Practice; Catherine Ahlin-Halverson Appointed to Serve as Co-Chair
Maslon is pleased to announce that attorney Alain Baudry has been selected to serve as the Litigation Practice Group Leader and attorney Catherine Ahlin-Halverson has been appointed to serve as co-chair of the group. In this capacity, Alain and Catherine will help to define and shape the strategy and direction of the practice, with attention to client service, attorney training and development, and competitive effectiveness.
"Having been a Maslon litigator for the past 23 years, I am very excited to work with Catherine to help shape Maslon's litigation practice as we continue to represent clients in a wide variety of complex, challenging litigation matters both locally and nationally," Alain stated. Alain is preceded by attorney Mark Lee, who served as Litigation Practice Group Leader for nearly eight years.
Alain Baudry maintains a robust practice in federal and state courts in unfair competition (including trade secret misappropriation and non-compete disputes), securities laws, franchise and distribution law, and valuation disputes.
Catherine Ahlin-Halverson represents business entities and individuals in complex and class action litigation and has successfully represented clients in multiple state and federal jurisdictions. In addition, she has experience with and expertise in complex discovery issues, including electronic discovery.
