Maslon Welcomes Attorney Lindsey Day to the Business & Securities Group
Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Lindsey Day to the firm's Business & Securities Group.
Lindsey focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, business counseling, and tax matters. She received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota and holds a Masters of Accountancy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Lindsey is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and brings beneficial experience from serving as a CPA at Ernst & Young, LLP to her practice. (View full bio.)
