Jessica S. Pecoraro works with employers to obtain solutions in various types of employment disputes. She counsels employers in numerous aspects of employment law including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour law compliance, military leave laws, personnel policy development and review, employment agreements, drug testing, and discipline and discharge issues. Jessica also advises employers with regard to labor issues concerning union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charge responses and labor strikes. Jessica graduated cum laude from University of New Hampshire and earned her J.D. from the University of Maine. She is a member of the Minnesota, Maine and American Bar Associations.
