Marty Rosenbaum's unique ON Securities.com law blog—or blawg—was highlighted in a feature article on the "Blawgosphere" in the February 2011 issue of Twin Cities Business. "Many attorneys who write blogs about the law ... distill and dissect useful information for businesspeople," the article notes. "But they're also trying hard to keep it readable" and Marty does just that. Marty, who started writing ON Securities in early 2009, addresses securities, corporate governance and compensation issues facing public companies with wit and style.
