New 2007 Editions of Two Treatises by David Herr—MULTIDISTRICT LITIGATION MANUAL and ANNOTATED MANUAL FOR COMPLEX LITIGATION (4TH)—Published by Thomson West

Two leading works on complex, multidistrict litigation, written by Maslon litigator David Herr, have been published by Thomson West. The works appearing in 2007 editions are the ANNOTATED MANUAL FOR COMPLEX LITIGATION (4TH) and  MULTIDISTRICT LITIGATION MANUAL: PRACTICE BEFORE THE JUDICIAL PANEL ON MULTIDISTRICT LITIGATION. These works draw on the Firm’s extensive class action and multidistrict litigation experience in product liability actions, antitrust and securities cases, consumer cases, and employement and ERISA actions.  Both works address federal litigation matters as well as how federal court procedures affect state court litigation around the country.
