Leading Minnesota Appellate Authority Published in Fourth Edition for 2007


Thomson West has published a 2007 edition of MINNESOTA PRACTICE: APPELLATE RULES ANNOTATED.  This leading work on Minnesota appellate practice, co-authored by Maslon partner David Herr, has been published in four editions since 1985.  Citing the 2006 edition with approval, a recent Minnesota Court of Appeals decision refers to Herr and his co-author as “learned commentators.”
