Jim Killian Authors Lead Chapter from Most Recent Book by the ABA Forum in the Construction Industry

Jim Killian is author of "Teaming Agreements", the lead chapter  from The ABA Forum in the construction industry's most recent book on contract documents. The book is entitled Specialized Agreements for the Construction Project: Forms and Substance .  In addition to publishing the book in print, Killian's specialized contract forms have been reproduced digitally, a first for The Forum, ensuring that his published product will be even more useful to the national construction Industry.
