Maslon Attorneys Obtain Major Victory for Client in Groundwater Lawsuit

A team of Maslon attorneys led by Cooper Ashley, Mark Lee, Mike McCarthy and Laura Walvoord obtained a major victory for a firm client when a Washington County District Court judge denied class action certification to a putative class of 67,000 homeowners, who claim that the presence of certain chemicals in groundwater caused personal injury and property damage.
